The Annual Charity Carnival is organized for the 7th year in a row by a group of expatriate women who want to support children with medical needs in Shanghai in cooperation with the Shanghai Child Health Foundation.
The 7th Annual Charity Carnival will be a whole day dedicated to children with games, face painting, kid's craft, arts and craft vendors, a huge raffle and live auction and a continuous entertainment program with acrobatic, dance, Kung Fu and magic shows!
The 6th Annual Charity Carnival proceeds financed the life-saving operations of five children suffering from congenital heart disease. In the past 5 years, the Charity Carnival had raised more than one million RMB and helped 20 children go through successful life-saving medical operations and provided a number of school children with medical insurances.
This year's goal is to again raise enough money to finance the operations of young children suffering from congenital heart disease to live a normal life and have a happy future, as well as, to promote social awareness in our community.
